Job Title: Contract Administrator - A
Job Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045
Job Duration: 3 Months
Job Responsibilities:
- We need help with our contract compliance tracking.
- They will be reviewing our contracts and pulling sales data from our systems to see if the Customer is in compliance or not with the contract spending. If not, helping set up the billing letters to send to the Customer.
- Work with finance to estimate what we will be able to collect from compliance billings.
- Also, they will also need to evaluate each contract to see if we are able to increase pricing or not, and again work with finance and the C&P team to change contracts in need be.
Education minimum / Experience minimum:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience. (Minimum of 1yr. experience)
Top skills/requirements:
- Proficient with excel
- Great analytical skills
- Able to communicate complex ideas to a wider audience
- Ability to handle large data sets.
- Skillset that complimented the role: attention to detail, accounting / finance or legal experience is preferred
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Able to prioritize work and shift focus between different projects.
- Ability to reach out and work together with multiple departments.
Salary : $20 - $23
