Job Title: Cafe Attendant

Who we’re looking for

We're looking for an attentive Cafe Attendant to join our fabulous team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an excellent experience during their visit to our Cafe. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills.

What you’ll do

-Greet and assist customers.

-Take customer orders and process payments using our POS system.

-Prepare food and beverages to order in a timely manner.

-Cook and prepare food for breakfast buffet and ensure buffet is set up per brand and health standards.

-Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are always clean and tidy, including wiping down tables and counters, and sweeping the floors.

-Manage inventory and stock, restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.

-Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

The essentials

-Previous experience in a food preparation or customer service role preferred.

-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to customers and respond to their needs.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

-Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
