Project Manager - Ad Agency
This is a pure project management role, focusing on the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects within an advertising agency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing and maintaining project timelines.
- Develop pharmaceutical marketing experience in an agency setting, with at least 1 year of experience required.
- Collaborate with account managers to coordinate daily activities and maintain relationships with brand teams.
- Communicate project status and schedules to stakeholders, ensuring deliverables and key milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings to review progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Understand medical, legal, and regulatory review processes and prepare assets and documentation for submission and review.
- Coordinate with third-party development/deployment vendors, providing regular updates and addressing issues or concerns.
- Create and maintain project and department documentation as needed.
- Assist with billing and adhere to company-wide financial policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1-4 years of ad agency experience, with project management and pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Understanding of print and digital project lifecycles and different project management methodologies/styles.
- Familiarity with print production process, web technologies, and digital trends.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other systems (Kantata/Mavenlink, Workfront).
