Job Description :
- Design, plan, and execute experiments in a timely and independent manner leveraging scientific and technical expertise to achieve defined objectives.
- Independently initiate and complete routine in vivo study duties such as dosing by standard routes, identification, health monitoring, and sample collection as well as tissue processing.
- Initiate and carry out assay development, optimization, and validation as required.
- Utilize molecular techniques, tissue immunostaining, and multi-color flow cytometry to aid in the understanding of drug mode of action.
- Routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ordering of laboratory consumables to ensure continuous supplies.
- Work well in a highly matrixed environment and support multiple projects at the same time.
- Work independently with the capability to troubleshoot experimental procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to laboratory personnel.
- Communicate your work effectively orally and in writing (writing protocols, procedures, and lab notebook).
- Report and treat data with a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Comply with applicable regulations, safely perform all work, and maintain proper records under SOPs and policies.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with three-plus (3 ) years of experience in a related scientific discipline or master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related scientific discipline or equivalent experience in the related field.
