This contract position is an on-site role that will play a critical part in assisting with the instrumentation master data cleansing, documentation modification, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities involved in the updating of the site Computerized Calibration Management System (CCMS).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Participation in cross-functional meetings
- Data mining instrument information
- Updating of master data as identified
- Contribution to new system testing activities
- Support for document updates/creations in preparation for implementation
- Assistance in training activities
The successful candidate will possess knowledge of both Pharmaceutical Utility systems and production floor process equipment, calibration-related activities and best practices in a pharmaceutical environment, Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs), Engineering Turnover packages (ETOP), SAP Technical Object knowledge and experience, large-scale capital project dynamics, and new program implementation.
A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry, with expertise in master data manipulation within a regulated environment, is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience with electronic instrument databases, preferably ProCal and SAP, ability to navigate engineering drawings (P&IDs) and ETOPs, thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS, good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to receive vaccines required to enter various production buildings and laboratories on site.
