As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by building a high-performing and diverse workforce. You will partner with senior leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent to support our mission of advancing healthcare through innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Strategy : Execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Sourcing : Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent within the medical device industry through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse and equitable workforce.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
- Employer Branding : Develop and maintain the company's employer brand, making an attractive destination for top talent in the medical device industry.
- Metrics and Reporting : Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process, including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.
- Talent Pipelining : Build and maintain a talent pipeline to anticipate and fulfill future staffing needs.
