As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by building a high-performing and diverse workforce. You will partner with senior leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent to support our mission of advancing healthcare through innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment Strategy : Execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Sourcing : Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent within the medical device industry through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse and equitable workforce.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
  • Employer Branding : Develop and maintain the company's employer brand, making an attractive destination for top talent in the medical device industry.
  • Metrics and Reporting : Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process, including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Talent Pipelining : Build and maintain a talent pipeline to anticipate and fulfill future staffing needs.

Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader or in a senior recruitment role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Experience working in recruiting for technical positions.
  • Experience in understanding complex, hard-to-fill roles and sourcing technically skilled talent, not necessarily in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficient in sourcing and using applicant tracking systems, ideally SuccessFactors, though experience with other systems is acceptable.
  • Preferably has experience in project work and subject matter expertise in areas like onboarding, candidate experience, recruitment marketing, or compensation.
  • Should possess strong communication skills and be effective in interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to take work direction from multiple people and prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel and Word required.
  • Microsoft Access exposure helpful Aptitude to learn new databases Past exposure to Recruiting or Human Resources helpful Past exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) helpful Admin will be exposed to confidential information.
  • Deep knowledge of the medical device sector, its challenges, and talent market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, able to proactively problem solve and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
  • Experience in an FDA regulated environment with a preference toward the medical device industry.
  • Ability to lead in the face of ambiguity
  • Ability to grasp complex issues quickly and drive change
  • Ability to get work done in a matrix environment
  • Persistence to achieve long-term objectives in the face of obstacles
