Description:
- Responsible for a compliance program translating Compliance/Regulatory requirements into processes and mechanism for reporting and payments on a global scale
- Must have Telecommunications Industry reporting/audit/finance/risk/compliance experience
- Communications Service Provider Compliance obligations for global entities.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable procedures and processes supporting Revenue and Subscriber Reporting and related payments mechanisms.
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Legal teams to confirm and requirements. Document procedures, and align global approach wherever possible on reporting. Build and maintain a calendar for ongoing compliance obligations.
- The Global Service Compliance External Affairs team delivers all external facing compliance obligations, this role will build processes based on business go-to-market plans, own program components, and set the ongoing calendar/cadence for reporting and other obligations.
- Must have 7 years compliance experience with direct experience in Telecommunications Industry at a voice, data, satellite, broadband, or other licensed carrier.
- Must be familiar with required revenue and subscriber reporting and other compliance obligations related to the telecommunications industry.
