Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Production Analytics and Data Refresh activities.
- Work in Application deployment to production environment using GIT/SVN and required automation tools.
- Collaborate with the offshore development team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain client data feeds and manage Log analysis.
- Execute refresh processes and continuously improve them.
- Resolve Level 1/2 issues independently after gaining an understanding of the project.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with teams to ensure long-term fixes.
- Adhere to project timelines and extend working hours when necessary to meet project demands.
Required Skill Set:
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to make minor code changes.
- Experience with Tableau workbooks and Tableau servers will be preferred.
- Prior experience in production environments and log analysis.
- Basic understanding of deploying JAR / WAR files (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with SQL database and server management.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Good to Have:
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, JIRA, and healthcare domain knowledge.
- Experience with DataBricks environment is a plus.
Other Soft Skills Required:
- Strong inter-departmental coordination skills.
- Team player who can prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B. Tech / M. Tech / BCA / MCA or any related technical field.
Additional Information
Good to have Healthcare / FHIR data model experience.
