Responsibilities

- Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Analyze client requirements to recommend appropriate solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
