What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Event Security Guards – On-Call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) position at Spectre Security?
Spectre Security is seeking professional and reliable unarmed security guards for on-call special event security in San Luis Obispo County. This position requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, primarily for Days and Swings.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced security professionals, veterans, academy graduates, and former law enforcement are encouraged to apply!
- No experience? No problem! We provide hands on training for the right candidates.
- Need a Guard Card? We can assist you in obtaining one.
Requirements:
✔ Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Email-capable cellphone for communication
✔ Must be able to pass a drug test & background check (criminal history, references, employment, education, DMV if applicable)
✔ Strong customer service skills & professionalism
✔ Ability to work well with clients, the public, and teammates
✔ Bilingual is a plus!
✔ Detail-oriented with good written/oral communication skills
✔ U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
