QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AC & LIGHT REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECH / INSTALLER
- HVAC technician experience equating to 5 years
- Previous system installation experience
- Diploma or certificate from a reputable HVAC school
- EPA certified
- NATE certification OR willing to obtain it
- Own your own hand tools including manifold gauges, a multimeter, a leak detector, and a refrigerant scale
- Comfortable working in all sorts of weather conditions
- Can lift and move heavy equipment
- Can twist and turn in tight spaces
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Great with customers
