Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Mechanical Designer. The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for product development thru qualification utilizing 2D & 3D Autodesk Autocad & Inventor. Tasks include tooling development, structural analysis, design risk reduction, creation of change orders and assembly operations, qualification test plans and reports. Support of Production manufacturing cells.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years design experience and drawing creation using GD&T.
- 3D Printing used for tooling and rapid prototyping.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
- U.S. CItizens only.
