HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Simplify and enhance the client experience through the definition, documentation, implementation and tracking of process flows.
- Ensure accurate and complete document processing by using appropriate tools.
- Align business processes and rules and adjust documentation accordingly through regular interactions with teams.
- Enhance the client order flow by supporting all technical and procedural processes.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and communicate new information releases to appropriate audiences.
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in business operations analysis and telecommunications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Skills: Expert in process and project management; Effective prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define key performance metrics; Deadline-driven with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching.
