About the Position
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a division of ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide clinical and educational support for individual students and be responsible for educational/clinical training and measuring individual team members' performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, as well as a BCBA credential. Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders and other related disabilities is highly desirable. You will also possess strong skills in crisis management systems, effective teaching strategies, and data-based decision making.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to teachers and support staff in the development of Functional Analysis Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Monitor the quality of student academics and behavioral services.
- Support Spectrum staff in effective teaching practices so that students are able to progress in accordance with their IEP.
Requirements
- Masters or better in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification.
- Special education experience preferred.
