- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students with challenging behaviors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study.
- Current state teaching certification and/or licensure in special education (Mild-Moderate).
- Experience working with students with autism-related disabilities and/or behavioral disorders.
