Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Material Coordinators to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with government personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitor and review work to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements
- 5 years of supervisory experience in supply chain/logistics/warehouse operations.
- High School Education (1-2 years of additional training or education preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
