- Develop and maintain reports, briefings, test plans, and other documentation
- Provide administrative support for management, acquisition, and logistics activities
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, program reviews, and technical briefings
- Track action items, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist with logistics support, including inventory management and procurement
- Support contract specialists with procurement and contract closeout processes
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of project coordination, preferably in aerospace or defense
- Experience with government contracts and FAR regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
