On the Spectrum’s Business Sales team, you will be in the consultative inbound sales position within our Spectrum Business organization. If you’re interested in an opportunity to continuously learn and build new connections, we want to hear from you.
WHAT OUR BUSINESS SALES REPS ENJOY MOST
- Responding to inbound sales calls promptly and efficiently, to promote and communicate current marketing campaigns and promotions
- Developing and delivering complex sales proposals to prospective customers, and maximizing additional revenue from existing customers, by selling additional products and services
- Educating customers about service offerings, billing items, product features, and the use of installed products
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical information regarding Spectrum Business services and solutions, including telephony, data, wireless, and video services
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals by utilizing a call-flow driven, consultative sales approach
