Duties
In this role, you’ll deliver courteous and high-quality service to Agency staff, install and upgrade software, configure user settings, and repair and upgrade hardware. You’ll collect and analyze data to assist in troubleshooting, help with training and consultations, and actively participate in department meetings. Additionally, you’ll advocate for operational staff and perform other duties as assigned to achieve organizational goals. Experience
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-1 Year experience in an IT support function
