Schedule: Position is Full-Time, with weekend or after-hours as necessary in an emergency situation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preventative maintenance
- General repairs
- Painting and adjustments to building systems.
- This role will provide supervision and leadership for the environmental services staff to ensure that they have the proper tools and equipment necessary to complete the essential functions of their jobs in housekeeping, laundry and maintenance.
- This position will be responsible for the Babbitt facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must be hard working and self-motivated. Proven work history available to verify mechanical skill level is required.
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent in building maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Position requires the ability to accurately and independently direct and follow through on work activities.
- Candidates must be willing to interact with others - experience in the senior housing industry preferred, not required.
- Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study and must be able to meet the mental and physical requirements of the position.
