SCHEDULE:

Work/life balance with a typical schedule of M-F 9am - 5pm (hours outside of this timeframe depending on the needs of the facility)

SALARY:

Depends on experience (exempt) in addition to the salary we have a bonus structure

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Marketing Liaison is responsible for external sales activities to build and grow referrals and admissions, to develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts, and to execute community events for referral sources and customers. We rely on the Liaison's expertise to build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market and providing prospective patients/responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance in choosing an Assited Living Facility. In addition to excellent written/verbal communication, problem solving and decision-making abilities, our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.

Primary responsibility of the Liaison is to develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the center. The majority of time is allocated to external sales development.

  • Develop and implement long-range and short-term sales plans
  • Uses a sequential sales process to uncover the hospitals needs and wants
  • Maintains awareness of admitting and attending physician's opinions and challenges
  • Actively seeks out and identifies new referral sources
  • Maintains a current prioritized account list
  • Maintains a current target list of potential new referral sources
  • Effectively networks with current and past customers to solicit referrals
  • Maintains an active involvement in the community organizations and associations
  • Maintains a current target list of potential new referral sources

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A college degree in Marketing, Business or healthcare field preferred
  • Experience in Health Care Sales, Marketing, Insurance or commensurate education is preferred
  • Knowledge of value-based selling
  • Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales preferred
  • Travel between the Burnsville and St Cloud facilities (mileage reimbursement included)
