Location: Lincoln Street Outpatient Program in Worcester, MA
Schedule: Per Diem
Pay rate: $31.63-$32.85/hour (Masters), $34.06-$36.49/hour (LADC-1), $38.32-$44.40/hour (LMHC/LICSW). Ranges are dependent upon both licensure & experience. Additional opportunities for productivity bonuses

The Clinician is responsible for:
- Leader in addictions treatment, providing high quality client-focused services.
- Outpatient counseling program serves adults with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
- Clinical staff provide individual and group treatment in a setting consistent with evidence-based models.
- Spectrum's outpatient counseling program serves adults with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Spectrum’s outpatient clinical staff provide individual and group treatment in a setting consistent with evidence-based models.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have experience diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
- MA degree required. Licensed/License eligible preferred. (LMHC/LICSW)
- Experience working in a social service setting and demonstrated ability to work with individuals and families.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team is essential.
Salary : $32 - $44
