Location: Methuen, MA. Adolescent Male Program "Bright Futures". Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, Bright Futures is a youth-centered, family-focused residential substance abuse treatment program adolescent males. Utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed, individualized approach, Bright Futures teaches youth the skills necessary to maintain drug-free, pro-social lifestyles.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3pm -11pm (open for 2 candidates) and Tuesday - Saturday 3pm-11pm (open for 2 candidates)
Pay rate: $19.00-$21.00/hour

Qualifications:
Must have experience working with at-risk adolescent males.
Ability to interact professionally with clients and staff required
Demonstrated qualities that evidence maturity, effective communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
The Juvenile Corrections Officer or "Recovery Specialist I" is responsible for:
Ensuring residents are provided with a safe and secure environment by following the policies and procedures of the program and demonstrating a positive, responsible, and respectful presence on the unit.
