Recovery Support Navigator -3832

 

Location: Pleasant Street, Worcester, MA – Outpatient Treatment Program
 

Pay rate: $20.90-$21.38/hour
 

Schedule: Monday 8:00 am-6:00 pm, Tuesday 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Thursday 7:30 am- 4:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am-2:00 pm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services related field or discipline required.
• Or LADC.
• Or has a recognized certification and/or licensure for the target population to work with.
• Or sufficient experience and training in counseling and meets regulatory requirements.

 

The Recovery Support Navigator is also responsible for:

• Providing quality services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Recovery Navigator model.
• Performing intake assessments on all new clients to the program and completing all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Working with the client to develop and implement an individualized plan with goals and objectives based on identified needs.
• Assisting clients with scheduling and coordinating medical and behavioral health appointments.
