Location: Worcester, MA – Lincoln Street Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Monday 9:00am-5:30pm, Tuesday 7:00am-3:30pm, Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Hours may vary due to business needs Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services related field or discipline
- Or LADC
- Or has a recognized certification and/or licensure for the target population to work with
- Or sufficient experience and training in counseling and meets regulatory requirements
- Providing quality services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Recovery Navigator model.
- Performing intake assessments on all new clients to the program and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
- Working with the client to develop and implement an individualized plan with goals and objectives based on identified needs.
- Assisting clients with scheduling and coordinating medical and behavioral health appointments.
