What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant Womens Health Float position at Spectrum Health?
Available Days : Monday- Friday
Core Hours : 8 - 5
- Minimum team member availability of 2 shifts per week is required (32 hours per 2-week pay period.) However hours are not guaranteed based on business need and shift vacancies. You are not guaranteed these hours, but we require you to be available. You are also able to work up to full-time hours, should you be available, and the need be present.
Provides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services.
Team members hired into the Women’s Health Resource role will provide temporary clinical staffing support at 18 Women’s Health practices across West Michigan. Assignments vary in length from 1 day (covering ill call, scheduled vacation, etc.) up to 3-4 months (covering leaves of absence, open positions, etc.). This position does require some travel to various site around West Michigan. The goal is to keep team members as close to home as possible while meeting business needs. Team members will not be required to travel over 60 miles (one way) from home address on file to daily work location. Mileage Reimbursement is paid when locations meet requirements.
