About Corewell Health Physical Therapy – Lenox-Twp
Corewell offers physical therapy services at the new Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital Care Center - Lenox Twp. Services are available to those experiencing pain or physical limitations affecting their ability to move and perform everyday activities. Corewell is most preferred for Physical Therapy services in Southeast Michigan. Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are licensed health care professionals focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment and sustainable wellness.
Scope of Work :
The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities. PT’s provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to the Corewell Health customer service standards.

Education / Training :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
