What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Clinical Research Structural Heart position at Spectrum Health?
About the Unit
We are looking for a very driven, detailed-oriented, quick learner. The ideal candidate would possess bedside cardiac experience, previous research experience would be a plus! This is a hybrid position; however, 90% of the role would be in-person. Candidate must be comfortable with working in the OR.
About Outpatient Clinics
Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Scope of Work
With principal investigator oversight, prepares, evaluates and implements research studies to enhance the advancement of clinical practice. Serves as primary coordinator / project manager on a variety of research studies with low or moderate regulatory, clinical, and operational complexity; supports the PI and research team members. Evaluates and prepares research studies for implementation including assessment of operational feasibility; budget development; preparation of IRB documents; institutes protocol operations (generation of data collection tools, case report forms); attends study meetings.
