Spectrum Healthcare is currently recruiting for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient services at the Fairfax Family Health Center, an outpatient facility which supports Fort Belvoir Army Medical Center. The physician will be an employee of Spectrum, eligible for a full complement of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as paid time off and 10 paid Federal Holidays. Any active state license is acceptable to work in this facility and there are no malpractice costs for the physician. Physicians across the Country are struggling with the volume of daily episodes of care required by their employers to help make the revenue model work for their organizations.At the Family Health Centers, there are no revenue targets or managed care pressures.
