Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a full-time opportunity for a civilian Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Makalapa Family Practice Clinic at the Naval Health Clinic Hawaii.   This Contract Position offers:

• Full-time Opportunity
• Monday-Friday 7:00 through 4:00
• No nights, weekends or holidays
• 11 paid holidays
• Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K
• Paid time off
• Competitive Compensation, with an estimated annual income of 91,000 to 93,000 a year.

Job Requirements:

The LCSW will have the following requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• Must have a minimum of one year experience as an independently licensed clinical social worker
• Must have one year experience in the last three years in the evaluation and treatment of patients who have pain, psychological factors affecting their physical condition, or difficulty managing acute or chronic medical problems.
• Any state license
• BLS
• Have a solid understanding of, and experience using, population health approaches to healthcare and proficiency in using motivational interviewing.
