Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian LCSW at Eielson Air Force Base in Fairbanks, Alaska. 

Position Highlights:

• Full time opportunity with an emphasis on work-life balance |Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Freedom from on-call or night shift responsibilities 
• Compliant patient population who are truly appreciative of the care they receive
• Employee status with a full complement of benefits
• Number of scheduled patients on average 5 per day
• Typical diagnosis the HCP can expect – Post traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Position Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the CSWE
• Recommend to possess certification as a CASWCM by the National Association of Social Workers (but not required)
• 2 years of clinical experience
• Any active state license
• Current BLS
