Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Management and Program Analyst, with Top Secret Security Clearance, to work at the FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC.
This position offers:
- Opportunity to provide services to the FBI
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 0800AM-0430PM
- Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Leave

- No weekends, no nights, and no overtime required
- $38/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive phone and email messages as primary POC to Emergency Medical Support Program (EMSP) office.
- Create continuing medical education certificates for students of approved FBI medical courses.
- Receive and appropriately process medical treatment reports and medical certification documents.
- Prepare funding use-rate reports periodically using Excel.
- Receive licenses/certifications for new and current medical personnel.
- Receive draft MOUs, enter in tracking software, transmit to Office of General Counsel (OGC) for approval, tracking approval/denial and maintain files of completed work.
Job Requirements:
The Position will have the following requirements:
- Existing or eligibility to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance
- Must possess a certification or degree in Business, Health Management, Information Systems or a related field.
- Be proficient in online research, word processing and database software.
- Have two 2-3 years of current, relevant experience in management and program analytics
