Supportive and collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities : Perform high-quality echocardiographic imaging, including stress and transesophageal echocardiography Assess cardiac function using Doppler imaging and other ultrasound techniques Administer contrast agents for enhanced imaging results Monitor patient condition during procedures and assist with care coordination Maintain, calibrate, and operate specialized cardiology lab equipment Accurately document assessments and outcomes in electronic records Qualifications :
- Highly Preferred : Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize cardiac abnormalities
