Requirements:

• Graduate of an allopathic or osteopathic medical college as well as an ACGME-accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
• Valid/unrestricted license
• Board Certification
• 3-5 years of experience
• DEA registration 
• BLS & NRP
