What are the responsibilities and job description for the Momentum Direct Support Provider Residential Women and Men – Cottonwood position at Spectrum Healthcare?
Responsibilities:
Working as a team member at Momentum's Women's division, Spectrum's Residential Center in Cottonwood, Arizona, the DSP participates in client staffings, develops and implements daily living skills training, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them, and performs other duties as assigned. Momentum is a 24-hour residential treatment center; some positions will require nighttime/overnight and/or weekend hours. Weekend and night shifts have a pay differential.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Six months directly related experience preferred.
