Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting general repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
- Inspecting and troubleshooting building systems
- Performing routine maintenance and equipment checks
- Ensuring safety standards and regulations are met
- Handling landscaping, pest control, and other upkeep tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous maintenance experience is required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC/building maintenance certification a plus!)
- Skills: Knowledge of tools, general repairs, and troubleshooting
- Physical Ability: Comfortable with lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in various environments
