About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Family Preservation Supervisor to join our team in Genesee County. As a Family Preservation Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of professionals who provide in-home services to families in need. Your main goal will be to ensure that families receive the support and resources they need to maintain a safe and healthy home environment. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure families receive the best care and support.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a social services setting
- Knowledge of family preservation principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience working with children and families in crisis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with electronic record-keeping systems
Responsibilities:
