The Job:
The Quality and Rights Advisor is a mid-management staff person who leads the efforts in the provision and maintenance of consumer advocacy and rights protection, quality treatment, and programming as assigned. The position requires the ability to handle multiple demands and triage, reliable transportation, extensive travel to homes and community agencies, and the working of a flexible work schedule. Supports culturally competent recovery-based practices and person-centered planning as a shared decision-making process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field preferred or 8 years of experience in the field.
Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience Human Services field
- A minimum of five (5) years professional experience in serving/supporting people who are developmentally disabled or mentally ill
