Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a new team member to provide support to our Outside Sales Representatives. This position will contact Spectrum's authorized resellers to answer questions, define project scopes, and generate product pricing.
- Answers incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and website chat requests
- Generates product quotations, checks order statuses, views shipping details, and reviews customer account statuses
- Maintains a log of end-user and reseller feedback regarding their product and order experience
- Reviews incoming customer orders to ensure pricing, terms, and products are accurate, and that customer's timelines and requests can be met
- Supports end-users and resellers experiencing product issues by coordinating replacement parts for warranty products, quoting out of warranty replacement parts, and coordinating special needs with other departments
- Makes outgoing calls to customers and resellers to promote and generate interest in Spectrum’s products and services
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Three to five years of related work experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Detail-oriented (preferred)
- Teamwork skills (preferred)
