Description
Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a new team member to perform thorough root cause analysis of products or process nonconformities and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
- Inspects raw and purchased materials, work-in-process, finished goods, as well as applicable manufacturing procedures
- Performs effective and systematic root-cause investigations of non-conformance issues
- Completes documentation (i.e. reports, logbooks, data collection, etc.) needed to support testing procedures and findings for reported issues
- Effectively communicates and follows up on assigned and/ or quality control issues as stated and required by internal procedures
- Conducts analysis of manufacturing in-process materials, raw stocks, or finished goods inventory to contain nonconformities from being shipped
- Defines and determines short-term solutions for product issues
- Defines and/ or implements long-term irreversible corrective actions
- Conducts various raw/ purchased material inspections for acceptance to specifications
- Performs internal process audits as trained ISO Internal Auditor
Requirements
- Associate’s degree
- Three to five years of related work experience in manufacturing and quality inspection
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
