Description
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday
6:00am - 4:00pm
Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a new team member to lead the Sheet Metals Department.
- Understands and follows the work center schedule as directed by the department manager
- Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance to the department manager
- Reports issues that cause the team’s performance to be compromised to the department manager
- Provides training to both new and progressing team members
- Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member’s ideas are both solicited and listened to
- Performs and assists with the production duties of the department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of related work experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
