We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to work in our Draper, UT location.
2. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with healthcare systems, regional and local reference laboratories, large multi-specialty clinics, other physician office laboratories, college and university research institutions, among other potential customers to identify qualified leads, grow market share, increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition for periodontal test kits.
- Contribute to marketing programs, product forecasts, customer support programs, and product development specific to periodontal test kits.
- Stay well-informed about current industry trends related to periodontal health and effectively discuss the Molecular Diagnostics industry.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling periodontal test kits and services through professional sales techniques and long-term client relationships in an ethical, compliant manner.
- Retain and grow current accounts while acquiring profitable new business for periodontal test kits through cold calling and other prospecting techniques.
- Attend national and regional trade shows, conventions, and meetings to increase Spectrum’s presence and name recognition through networking with industry professionals.
- Provide value in all customer interactions related to periodontal health and ensure client needs are exceeded in all areas (Client Services, Laboratory, Billing, Reporting, etc.).
- Develop positive relationships with other Spectrum team members and departments and effectively communicate with Spectrum leadership.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals specific to periodontal test kits and provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge / skills.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
