JOB SUMMARY
The Implants Dental Solutions Specialist provides expert technical guidance on dental implant cases, managing the full cycle from initial assessment through final restoration. This role is responsible for ensuring that all implant cases are handled with precision and in accordance with clinical and laboratory standards. The specialist works collaboratively with dental professionals, lab technicians, and other support teams to deliver custom implant solutions that meet patient needs
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Case Evaluation & Assignment:
- Review all inbound implant cases to determine technical requirements before assignment.
- Utilize lab operational software to track case progress and document key milestones.
- Process Compliance & Quality Control:
- Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for implant case management.
- Conduct quality control checks and collaborate with the data entry team for timely updates.
- Technical Consultation & Collaboration:
- Work closely with dental clinicians, lab technicians, and implant specialists to determine optimal implant solutions.
- Provide real-time technical support during implant case planning and execution.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Record all case interactions, modifications, and technical details in the operational system.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on case statuses, holds, or delays.
- Training & Support:
- Assist in onboarding and training new or reactivated team members on implant protocols and procedures.
- Serve as a technical resource for other departments on implant-related issues.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure implant-related technical equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks as directed by the executive team or manager.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with lab operational software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental implant procedures, terminology, and technology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to instruct others on these procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
