We're seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Elevated Experience Curator, seamlessly blending the roles of Budtender and Safe Use Treatment Lounge Associate. At Bud Love DC, we're not just dispensing medicinal cannabis; we're crafting personalized experiences for our discerning patients.

Your Mission (if you choose to accept it):

• Patient-Centric Expertise: Provide exceptional, personalized consultations to patients, recommending appropriate products and dosages based on their individual needs and medical conditions. You’re a cannabis connoisseur, able to discuss terpenes, cannabinoids, and consumption methods with confidence.
• Treatment Lounge Stewardship: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within our treatment lounge. Guide patients through responsible consumption practices and ensure adherence to all regulations.
• Product Mastery: Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis products, strains, and industry trends. You’ll be the go-to resource for patient education.
• Point-of-Sale Proficiency: Accurately process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain meticulous records.
• Digital Engagement: Contribute to Bud Love DC’s digital presence by creating engaging content for social media, contributing to our blog, and fostering online community engagement. Your ability to photograph products and contribute to social media is a must.
• Neighborhood Ambassador: Actively participate in community outreach and neighborhood development initiatives, representing Bud Love DC with professionalism and integrity.
• Elevated Cleanliness: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dispensary, treatment lounge and person.
• Dress Code Adherence: Uphold our professional dress code, reflecting the premium nature of our brand.
