What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Liaison position at Spectrum Medical Evaluators?
We are seeking an attentive, detail-oriented individual who is personable with proficient writing and grammatical skills to fill an administrative assistant position at a med-legal practice management company.
Our company, Spectrum Medical Evaluators, is a new and rapidly growing company which offers a range of support services to orthopedic physicians to help them grow and manage their QME practices. It is important to us to offer a personal, human connection to our physician clients as well as an elevated level of service and reliability.
Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation, knowledge of Google and Microsoft office software, basic computer skills, and a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians
- Serve as a liaison between physicians and our organization, providing information and addressing any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of services
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to expand our physician network
Skills
- Account management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and medical practices
- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service to physicians

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
