We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development (BD) Hospital Liaison to join the Spectrum Medical Partners team. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and strengthening relationships with hospitals across Central and North Florida, including key counties such as Volusia, Orange, Seminole, Marion, and Lake. The BD Hospital Liaison will play a central role in promoting our services, driving new business opportunities with Management Services Organizations (MSOs) and Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), while also fostering and expanding existing hospital partnerships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Executive Directors of Business Development and Acute Services, as well as medical staff and cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth service integration and the highest standard of care delivery.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, department heads, and clinical teams in the CF, NF, Volusia, Ocala, Mount Dora, and Leesburg areas.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned hospital networks, ensuring the growth and success of Spectrum Medical Partners in these regions.
- Promote Spectrum Services: Actively promote the company’s medical services to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers, emphasizing the value Spectrum brings to patient care and hospital operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure alignment of goals, smooth service delivery, and continued high-level satisfaction for partner hospitals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare industry, specifically related to hospital operations and patient care needs in your assigned regions.
- Event Participation: Represent Spectrum Medical Partners at healthcare conferences, networking events, and hospital meetings to expand visibility and generate new opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and new business opportunities, providing regular reports on progress to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a liaison role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare services, and medical procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining successful business relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
