Call Center Representative
Description
A Customer Service Associate interacts with patients and Doctors on a daily basis. They answer phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and greet patients. This person is also responsible for regular office duties, which may include light cleaning, organization, and maintenance of office equipment.
Upon the completion of an initial 90-day probationary period, the employee would become eligible for :

Position Requirements
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
Must be able to move around inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, supplies, etc. Occasionally, travel between two adjacent buildings will be required.
Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a fax machine, copier, scanner, printer, calculator, and / or phone.
Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with coworkers, Supervisors, and patients via digital, verbal, and written mediums.
Occasional weekend and evening shifts may be required.
