Hours : This part-time role works a hybrid schedule of 5–8 hours per week, with 2–3 hours in the office on Wednesdays and the remaining hours worked remotely ( allowing you to enjoy a very flexible schedule ).
Your Typical Day : As our part-time Human Resources Manager, your day starts by diving into the recruitment process : reviewing applications, conducting reference checks, and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one. You handle everything from onboarding to managing I-9 verifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Throughout the week, you manage payroll, benefits, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You also play a key role in employee performance management, suggesting new ways to improve efficiency, and contributing to a workplace environment that fosters growth, motivation, and teamwork.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and HR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
