Reporting to the Commercial Director – Fluid Management & Flexibles, this sales leadership position will have full commercial responsibility and accountability for our key accounts within the Fluid Management Division on the East Coast. The objectives will be focused on year-over-year profitable net revenue growth for the assigned accounts with a strong emphasis on identifying and responding to the strategic needs of these accounts as well as uncovering and closing new opportunities as well as developing new accounts. The primary focus will be on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, nurturing potential growth opportunities for strategic development.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver year-over-year profitable revenue growth for the assigned accounts
- Target and develop new accounts in assigned region(s) by identifying, presenting capabilities, and fostering long term win-win relationships with key stakeholders at the customers organization including supply chain, engineering, quality etc.,
- Fully utilize Salesforce.com, a web-based Customer Relationship Management operating system used by SPG to effectively communicate and manage the process of aligning daily efforts with the annual strategic plan. Ensure prompt follow-up and execution from lead to opportunity.
- Support, deliver, and implement SPG’s go-to-market strategy for the defined selling assignment, which includes establishing and maintaining a strong working relationship with SPG’s various manufacturing sites during the entire selling process.
- Provide leadership and act as a liaison between SPG and assigned accounts on all significant sustaining programs, corrective actions, and supply chain opportunities.
- Responsible for negotiating and maintaining any active contracts or agreements with assigned accounts, as well as ensuring all parties remain in compliance.
- Responsible for providing accurate budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts, utilizing accounts supplied information as well as external market knowledge.
- Responsible for generating and collaborating additional cross-selling opportunities with other SPG divisions.
- Responsible for identifying potential new technologies or acquisitions that could enhance the SPG offering at assigned accounts and communicating need to SPG Executive Management Team
- Attend and participate in trade show activities to network and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide and present market and customer intelligence to the SPG Executive Management Team in a manner that is professional and easy to understand and analyze.
- Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety standards.
- Upholds Spectrum and DuPont’s vision and core values.
- All other duties, as assigned.
- Plant leadership teams to develop potential new product offerings.
- All associates within the expanded SPG sales and marketing teams to reinforce a ONE SPG Team selling environment.

- Provide professional leadership skills that will consistently support and deliver SPG core values.
- Support the Annual Business and Strategic Planning Process which includes both written and verbal presentation.
- Participate and support key industry organizations and functions to promote the mission, value statements and objectives as outlined in the annual business plan.
- BS Degree, with major or emphasis in Engineering or Science
- Three to five years of new business development, or account management in the medical industry with a focus on injection molding solutions.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and the ability to influence internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational skills supported by a self-disciplined operating structure.
- Superior time management/prioritization skills
- Self-starter that takes initiative and is action oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to share your findings, observations, and opportunities with a wide audience.
- Computer Skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com, Melon and other business and database programs
