HR MANAGER
Location: Ogden, UT
Reports to: Site Manager
Compensation: $100 - $130K

Your Role:
The HR Manager for our expanding manufacturing company plays a key role in fostering a positive and efficient workplace that supports growth and success. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with expertise in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is essential in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with company goals. The HR Manager’s efforts directly impact the company’s ability to maintain a skilled, motivated workforce, contributing to operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of talent acquisition and employee onboarding
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee programs
- Provide oversight of safety regulations, Workers’ Compensation claims, and safety compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and AS9100
- Direct employee relations and talent development including training, talent management, and fostering a positive work environment
- Administer all compliance, reporting , and filings including FMLA, EEO, AAP, 5500 filings, Osha 300 log, etc.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 5 years’ experience in HR within a manufacturing setting – aerospace experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, filings, and HR best practices including federal, Utah, and California
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge PLUS!
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and meet US person status for ITAR regulations
